Delete your account

You can delete your mudda account, and the data tied to it, in two ways.

In the app

1. Open mudda and sign in.
2. Tap the gear to open Perfil.
3. Under Zona de perigo, tap Apagar minha conta and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Email contato@orbbelabs.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 15 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

We disconnect all your financial institutions and permanently delete your financial data and imported statements, your classifications, categories, rules, budgets and declarations, your device and session data, the record of your path through the app, and your sign-in account.

What is kept

A single record holding a one-way hash of your email and the date of deletion, kept only to answer, if asked, whether the account was in fact deleted. Pluggy may retain financial data under its own obligations to the Central Bank of Brazil.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it under Subscriptions in the Play Store app, or in iPhone Settings.
